Adopt 8 Life Style habits to reduce Stress & its Effects Psychological Stress Mental health.

1.  Regular Physical Activity : Weight gain is one of the effects  of stress. Draw a daily routine to do physical activity that you enjoy very well. It release endorphin and reduce stress & tension. It Could be Yoga, Aasan, Pranayam, Running, one our Walking etc.

2. Avoid Long time Sitting at one Place : Week immunity could be due to stress, to avoid it  practice deep work , It is associated with your work to finish it on time. Avoid long time sitting on one place it add to you more stress.

3. Adequate Sleeping :   Go to bed on time & get up in the early morning, minimum 7-8 hour sleeping. It supports  your sound health.

4. Eat Balance Meal :Stress Could result in appetite or excess eating of meal. Ensure it to eat a balance meal that contains balance nutrients.  Avoid eating unhealthy processed food and drinks.

5. Avoid Unhealthy Habits :Stress puts your cardiovascular at risk to pump more blood in your body. This causes your blood pressure High. Quitting unhealthy habits like drinking alcohol & smoking prevent us from further harm.

6.Mindfulness : Stress  also contribute Anxiety depression and mood swings. Practice mindfulness technique like mindful walking, Meditation, Pranayam. It help you to reduce stress etc.

7. Minimize Screen time : Stress & Sleep can be Slippery & Slope. You may not sleep well because you are to stressed. The same cycle may repeat next Day. One of the way to avoid this is to minimise screen time. Do not keep scrolling when you cannot sleep.

8. Try Journaling : Stress is one of the reason behind low sex drive. When you are highly stressed , sex is last thing on your mind. Journaling could serve you as a positive outlet for your thought & emotions.
